The House of Mews

Located in historic Cooper Young District of Midtown Memphis, the House of Mews is a cat shelter that currently holds about 60 cats. They’re open for a few hours every day except Sunday and Monday. (If anyone wants to know the hours, I’ll send them to you. Just shoot me an ask). But anyway, you can go pet the cats and give them attention. It’s really easy to do since they roam free around the building. While you’re there you should adopt a sweet kitty or donate to their fund to keep the shelter open. But don’t go visit unless you’re prepared to smell like cat for at least 2 hours after.
